Ann Eatmon has been a dream to work with.  I think I have found a new friend.  Through my daughter's house hunt and my own house hunt, we have kept her busy.  She has never complained, is knowledgeable and honest.  A real joy to work with.  I would definitely recommend her to other folks!

From the moment myself and Denise arrived in your office you have shown us true Southern Hospitality. From showing us countless homes in one day to making phone calls that were both not part of your job and would have been impossible for us to know where to go and who to call.  After having virtually sold our own home in 2 days and needing to find a place to live you not only listened to what we were looking for but found us our Dream Home! Then when we had to be out of our house and possibly move into long term living till we could close, and put our stuff in storage. You again came to the rescue and talked the seller into leasing us the house until closing, that was a real WOW and life saver.  Without you we would probably both be at our wits end. Recently, I closed on my first home.  I have always heard that your first home is the most stressful.  Thankfully, Ann Eatmon was my realtor and made the house buying process go as smooth as possible.  She was there for me day and night whenever I had a question or a problem would arise.  Ann is the definition of customer service and I would most certainly refer her to anyone looking for a new home.  Thanks Ann!  -Adam B

Jesse (Allen) did a great job helping us find a townhome for our college age son. He listened to our requirements and in just one day, we found the place that was right for us! It was more economical to get a townhouse than to pay the ridiculous amount of rent the apartment complexes charge in Greenville. My son loves the place, and it is on the ECU bus route which was important to us. When it came time for closing and financing, he put us in touch with great attorneys and financing and all went off without a hitch! Thanks Jesse, -Barbara
